COVID / Christmas Special Notice

Due to a special year in 2020, and several disruptions, we've outlined below some implications and impact this may have on your order:


Due to COVID-19, some delays can be expected, as supplier chain has been affected around the world, we really appreciate your kind patience in advance, we will always endeavour to speed up your order where we can, and keep you informed of any delays where possible.

 

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible as we understand the feeling when you wait for the goodies to arrive! 

If in doubt of stock levels, you can simply contact us to confirm the availability. If an item is not in stock, we will aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, at time this may not always be possible. In such cases, we will indeed be in touch with an estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) via email or phone. Some special orders will have longer lead time, so please do check the description on the product page for specific delivery timescale.

Rest assured, your order will be fully insured for your peace of mind. A signature will be required upon delivery, and a tracking number will also be emailed to you immediately after dispatch, so you can track your order online at any time. When your order is out for delivery, we may also send you a text message on the day to notify you depending on the service used.

   

Return

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, therefore we offer a no question asked 14 days return policy. Simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us with your intend to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued once we have received the item back in an unused condition and in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging.

Please Note: The above does not apply to special order items.

When returning your order, please ensure you package it carefully and purchase the necessary insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged during the return delivery.
